LEGAL ENTITIES, INDIVIDUAL ENTREPRENEURS

Carrying out state registration of legal entities (except for cases of state registration of political parties, all-Ukrainian trade unions, their associations, all-Ukrainian associations of employers' organizations; separate subdivisions of foreign non-governmental organizations, representative offices, branches of foreign charities, permanent arbitration courts founded by all-Ukrainian public organizations, all-Ukrainian creative unions, symbols of public organizations, religious organizations, primary, local, regional, regional and republican trade unions, their organizations and associations, structural organizations of political parties, regional (local) creative unions, territorial centres of all-Ukrainian creative unions, local, regional, republican, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Kyiv and Sevastopol city organizations of employers and their associations, permanent arbitration courts, public associations, their separate subdivisions, public associations that are not legal entities, confirmation of the all-Ukrainian status of a public association; termination of a legal entity by its liquidation under a simplified procedure) and individual entrepreneurs.

Property rights to immovable property and encumbrence

Carrying out state registration:

ownership and right to trust as instruments to ensure fulfilment of obligations towards immovable property, unfinished construction;

property rights to immovable property derived from ownership: right to use (easement); right to use land for agricultural purposes (emphyteusis); right to land development (superficies); right to economic management; right to operation management; right to permanent use and right to lease (sublease) of land plot; right to use (rent, lease) of a building or other capital construction (their separate part) arising under a agreement for rent (lease) of a building or other capital construction (their separate part), concluded for a period of not less than three years; right to trust (except for right to trust as an instrument to ensure fulfilment of obligations); other property rights in accordance with law;

encumbrance of property rights to immovable property, an unfinished construction: prohibitions of alienation and/or use; mortgages; requirements for notarization of an agreement, the subject matter of which is immovable property, established by an owner of such property; other encumbrances in accordance with law.
