In his/her activity a notary is guided by the Constitution of Ukraine, laws of Ukraine, decrees of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and its territorial bodies, in the prescribed manner, within his competence resolves issues arising from the rules of international law, as well as international agreements entered into by Ukraine.
